Welcome to Altiora Bespoke Travel (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using our website www.altiorabespoke.com (the “Site”) and by booking travel services through us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Consent and Acknowledgment

By using this Site or engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Site or services.

 

2. Relationship and Definitions

  • Altiora Bespoke Travel operates as a boutique travel advisor affiliated with Fora Travel (our host agency).

  • A Supplier refers to any third-party provider of travel services (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, etc.).

  • All bookings are made with Suppliers; we act only as an advisor and facilitator.

 

3. Payments, Pricing & Commissions

  • Prices are subject to change until full payment is received. Currency fluctuations, taxes, and supplier surcharges may affect final cost.

  • Payments are processed via Fora Travel or directly with Suppliers; we do not store credit-card data.

  • Planning, booking, or change fees may apply as disclosed in your quote or invoice.

  • We may receive commissions or incentives from Suppliers; these are retained by us.

 

4. Cancellations, Amendments & Refunds

  • Supplier cancellation and refund policies apply to all bookings.

  • We will assist with changes or cancellations, but any penalties or non-refundable charges are your responsibility.

  • Refunds are processed once funds are received from the Supplier and may take several weeks.

  • Some travel components are non-refundable. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.

 

5. Travel Documents, Passports & Visas

  • You must ensure that passports, visas, and entry documents are valid for all destinations.

  • Names on bookings must exactly match those on official documents.

  • We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by missing or incorrect documentation.

 

6. Health & Safety

  • We do not provide medical advice; consult your physician or official authorities for required vaccinations or entry requirements.

  • We are not liable for health or safety issues arising from travel choices or changing government regulations.

 

7. Force Majeure & Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for losses resulting from events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, political events, pandemics, or government actions).

  • We make no warranties about the performance of Suppliers and are not liable for their acts or omissions.

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the services we provide directly.

 

8. Intellectual Property & Website Use

  • All content on this Site (text, images, logos, and design) is the property of Altiora Bespoke Travel unless otherwise noted.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without written permission.

  • You agree not to use the Site for unlawful purposes or to interfere with its operation.

 

9. Disclaimer

  • Altiora Bespoke Travel provides travel planning and advisory services only. We do not offer legal, medical, or financial advice.

  • All travel arrangements are subject to the terms and conditions of individual Suppliers. We make no guarantees regarding third-party services.
