Thank you for choosing Altiora Bespoke Travel. These Booking Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your relationship with us when you book travel services. Please read them carefully.

 

1. Our Role

Altiora Bespoke Travel (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides travel planning and advisory services in affiliation with Fora Travel (our host agency). We arrange bookings with hotels, airlines, tour operators, and other third-party providers (“Suppliers”). Your travel contract is ultimately with the Supplier, and their terms and conditions will apply in addition to ours.

 

2. Payments

• Payments for travel services are processed through Fora Travel or directly with the Supplier.

• We do not collect or store payment card details.

• Prices are subject to change until confirmed and paid.

 

3. Cancellations & Changes

• Cancellation and change policies are set by the Supplier (airline, hotel, cruise line, tour operator, etc.).

• We will assist in communicating changes, but penalties, fees, or non-refundable deposits are determined by the Supplier.

• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.

 

4. Travel Documents

• You are responsible for ensuring you have valid passports, visas, and required travel documents.

• We are not liable for issues arising from missing or incorrect documentation.

 

5. Health & Safety

• You are responsible for verifying health, vaccination, and entry requirements for your destinations.

• We do not provide medical advice. Please consult a physician or official health authority.

 

6. Liability

• Altiora Bespoke Travel is not liable for the acts, errors, or omissions of third-party Suppliers.

• We are not responsible for losses or delays caused by weather, strikes, political events, pandemics, government actions, or other events outside our control.

• Our liability is limited to the value of the planning services we provide directly.

 

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly encourage all clients to purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, interruption, delays, medical emergencies, and baggage loss.

 

8. Accuracy of Information

While we make every effort to provide accurate information, we cannot guarantee that all details (pricing, availability, schedules, etc.) are free from error or subject to change.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

 

10. Acknowledgment

By confirming a booking with Altiora Bespoke Travel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, as well as the Supplier’s own terms and conditions.
